Infeed & Outfeed Roller Tables – typical installation with an Abrasive Cutting Machine
- The use of roller tables as a support for bars of material is well established.
- The roller tables are constructed from aluminium or iron
- The rollers are 50mm diameter and 265mm wide and can be supplied in PVC or steel
- The feet are adjustable so that the rollers can be levelled to the material pass height.
When using coolant to cut material the roller tables are fitted with drip trays and drain tubes so that coolant tracking along bars or tubes on the infeed and ourfeed sides are collected and returned to the coolant tank.
The outfeed has a fitted end stop with a control handle to position it anywhere along the 3m or 4m length. A digital indicator shows the exact position of the end stop. To increase accuracy and stability the end stop can be pneumatically locked in position.
A more advanced outfeed system is available so that the end stop can be programmed to move to a set position. The end stop fast forwards to approach the set position and slows for the final movement.
