6710-0 Series Paper Band Filter Unit
When high density solid materials are cut it is often the case that the coolant tank is rapidly contaminated with micro particles of material and cutting wheel debris. This shortens the life of the coolant and blocks the circulation system. One solution is to use a paper band gravity filter unit in which the coolant is cleaned by a moving band of filter paper as is falls into the clarifier tank. The speed of the moving band can be adjusted to cope with the size and quantity of particles.
